LOKACATIONS 2022:

Why is the maze not in the same place every year?

Crop rotation is a method of classifying crops in which they are not always planted in the same place. By planning sowing areas, we achieve the greatest rationality and optimality of biological, organizational and spatial impacts on the soil and the plant.

It prevents:

  • unilateral use of nutrients,

  • deterioration of soil structure,

  • soil fatigue due to accumulation of harmful metabolic products and decomposition of cultivated plants and microorganisms in the soil (toxins),

  • the occurrence of diseases and especially soil pests in the case of too frequent cultivation of the same or related crops on the same areas.
